I come to the garden alone
While the dew is still on the roses
And the voice I hear, falling on my ear
The Son of God discloses
And He walks with me
And He talks with me
And He tells me I am His own
And the joy we share as we tarry there
None other has ever known
He speaks and the sound of His voice
Is so sweet the birds hush their singing
And the melody that He gave to me
Within my heart is ringing
And He walks with me
And He talks with me
And He tells me I am His own
And the joy we share as we tarry there
None other has ever known
I'd stay in the garden with Him
'Tho the night around me be falling
But He bids me go; through the voice of woe
His voice to me is calling
And He walks with me
And He talks with me
And He tells me I am His own
And the joy we share as we tarry there
None other has ever known
Very beautiful Donna!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful verse Donna & I liked the peaceful garden video.
ReplyDeleteIt was just sensational. I loved the music and the video of the chapel.
ReplyDeleteI put it on full screen mode. That was beautiful. I got a little dizzy right there in the middle when all the pretty stained glass came so fast. LOL...I would love to visit. We have a place close to us next door in Alabama we visit sometimes. Bellingrath Gardens.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Niels, PG, Anna, and Eve.
ReplyDeleteEve,
Bellingrath is a wonderful place that should not be missed. They also have a tiny chapel as I recall.
Just beautiful. It sure was nice meeting you tonight. Thanks for coming. A real treat!
ReplyDeleteDonna, This is one of my favorite songs to sing. Thank you for the reminder. Kathryn

That's one of my favorite hymns Donna. Did youhear about the littlel boy inSunday school who said he knew God's name and the teacher asked him what it was. His name is Andy. The teacher asked how he knew that. The little boy said, Andy walks with me Andy talks with me.
ReplyDeleteDon't forget about thankful Thursday today.
